Commissioner Miller was trained by Air Products and Chemical on Continuous Improvement (CI)techniques to evaluate work process and how to effect change toward more efficiency and productivity in an agency.

 

Law Enforcement by nature follows strict guidelines but by reviewing and analyzing work flow and inefficacies productivity can be increased considerably.

 

L.E.S. follows CI/Six Sigma processes to analyze and maximize productivity and efficiency saving tax dollars on wasted repetitive efforts.
