Investigations

 

L.E.S. performs Independent/objective investigations into claims of discrimination, bias, inappropriate behavior, or discipline matters. 

 

L.E.S. will do an unbiased, objective, thorough investigation that will withstand scrutiny.  The result of such investigation will be well documented and provided to the requested authority. 

 

In Investigations that may have a criminal element L.E.S. will work with the Chief, internal affairs division, district attorney or prosecutor.
